In 2020 Crystal Farms was looking to move from a private label alternative to a profitable branded competitor. To do so, they needed to reposition themselves and relaunch the brand with both retailer partners and consumers alike in core markets and new markets. In a commodity category, this would not be easy - but it turns out the answer was right in their own backyard (or pasture, as the case may be).
